I've come across something during my&amp;nbsp;on line&amp;nbsp;reading. It's about how do we define winning. Based on a notes of Robert T Kiyosaki, winning is divided into 5 different sets. Let us choose on how do we define winning in our life:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;1.&lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #d5a6bd;"&gt;" I win when i feel comfortable!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This person’s primary goal is to just go through life as comfortably as possible. They do not want stress. They do not want to be pushed or challenged. They do not like conflict. They just want to go through life on cruise control, hanging out with their friends, and having a good time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Everything they do is designed to support their pursuit of comfort. This is your average, life-long employee who is more than happy to have a safe, stable, comfortable job. If you push this person away from that goal, and challenge them or their routine lifestyle, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;watch out!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;2. &lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #d5a6bd;"&gt;"I win by being liked!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This person’s primary goal in life is to be liked by others. They want acceptance from everyone, and will do just about anything to reach that goal. They would rather be liked, than be right or wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;When you put someone like this in a leadership role, the business will usually fail because they will not be willing to make hard decisions that would anger someone. They tend to reach a glass ceiling when it comes to money, their career, and relationships, because they cannot accept their shortcomings in order to move past them and achieve personal growth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Arguing with this person WILL never works because they will always find a way to prove you wrong, even if it means sabotaging your company in the process. In order to win, this person must be right.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;4.&lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #d5a6bd;"&gt;"I win by winning!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This person is an achiever. Their primary motivation is solely to WIN. They are very competitive, and will do whatever it takes to win. They won’t quit, and they’ll constantly push themselves to gain the edge they need.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This category describes all successful entrepreneurs. Winning is their reward, and on the dark side, some of them will go too far and compromise their integrity in order to do so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This type of person does not care if others do not like them, and they welcome discomfort because it provides them with new opportunities to win.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;5. &lt;span style="font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #d5a6bd;"&gt;"I win by losing!"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;This person wins by being a victim. They want sympathy from others or their spouse. Just when things start to get better, they will sabotage themselves, and say, “I knew it wouldn’t work”, giving them their victory once again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Their lives are always filled with problems because they do not win unless they lose, so they create circumstances and excuses that help them fulfill that destiny like, “Your blog posts doesn’t teach me anything new. I do not have the money. This is just another phase of my life. I’ll give it a TRY…”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;There are people who are not successful because they wanted to be in a comfort zone. There are people who are stuck in the same state without a advancements for many years because they want to be a liked. There are people who are addicted to struggle because they know they'll win only by losing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;most likely, we will see that a little of ourself in each of these categories. I know I do, but what’s important to remember, is that winning is a continuous process that is brought to an end once you’ve won, which is an event. Everyday i just look at the shoe box thinking how much does this shoes meant to me..never ever i take it out to try it cause im afraid i might ruin the shoes..u know how sensitive designers shoes nowadays.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So..what i'll do everyday..i'll just stare at the Orange paper bag &amp;amp; the Orange Shoe Box imagining how good will i look when i put it on my feet later on...hahaha. Kuat berangan betul ni!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then, yesterday came. i wanted to show my staffs all stuff i bought for my wedding since its just around the corner.. When i showed them the shoes, they insist me to put it on. Then, something terrible just happen.. my feet couldn't fit into that pair of shoes! What a bummer.. frustrated, i sat down in silence.. all of my dreams before this were shattered.. i got no wedding shoes anymore.. man, that was Hermes were talking about OK! what i should i do..what usually a calm &amp;amp; rational person would do? Help desperately needed now! I can't return the shoes back to the store..mine is the last pair! I just lost RM3330 ok..its not some cheap RM30 PVC shoes.. seriously, i couldnt think straight..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After the long mute, i finally decided to do something with the shoes(hahaha..for some people, they know my stand with money.. :p). Putting it back into the box, i'm thinking to sell it back to anybody who would appreciate it..hurmm..where should i sell it huh? Did try to call some of my friends asking whether they wanted the shoes or not..but the response was negative.. nobody would want it especially when Eid-Fitri is near..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So..as last option..went to my cousin's place..Ask him to snap a few pics of it and there it lies.. as an items to be sold in mudah.com.my. He lives here in Damansara with a lovely wife that i know from my other life being a Laundry guy(hahahaha). He wanted a website for his company, i deliver their load, a stumble Upon (prospect/client meet vendor ACCIDENTLY) and here we go..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;What&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; i like about him is, he is friendly and full of interesting ideas. Citing about his business, he used to be a key player in investment line. His business however, had evolved to business/idea consulting and lifestyle related. Not much into orthodox methods like cold calls and stuff, he believed in new age marketing when he initiates a meet up, create a hype and get a lots of exposure. Pretty interesting huh?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Wondering&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; where he got his ideas, Farah(you-know-who) asked around for anything he do to get ideas.. Want to know his answer?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mr H: " i read a lot.. i met people a lot.. i'm a fast learner.. and i love to study things."&lt;br /&gt;Ms F: " ooo...is that so? "&lt;br /&gt;Mr H: "yup! i even got 4 degree papers to prove it! Its one degree in Finance Management..one in Forensic Accounting, 1 MBA and a PR degree to conclude my PR skills"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Darn..Me &amp;amp; farah looked at each other amazed..4 certs..I got probs to just to finished one..hahahaha..and this guy had 4 and now in the middle to get his doctorate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I could have wish i'm him&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;..i like to read..i like to meet people..and i like giving ideas and stuff.. But I LIKE MY LIFE better..&lt;br /&gt;&amp;amp;..i'm glad i met him! i'm glad for the stumble Upon!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At least i know where's my stand after this.. like him, i wanted to be an ideapreneur..coming out with an interesting idea, plan it..execute it..&amp;amp; known for lifetime reputation..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Haha..Thats my goal for now!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;A meet up&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; with my beloved cousin sister last sunday intrigued me to do my Bucket List also. Al-maklumlah. hendak menjadi penulis..ilmunya tak berapa cukup..ideanya banyak..itu yang kena dibuat catatan tu. hehehehe..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hari ini, kebetulan saya ada membaca sebuah blog mengenai idea perniagaan luar kebiasaan. Catatan terbaru blog tersebut menceritakan tentang seorang peniaga yang memperolehi pendapatan 5 angka sebulan hanya dengan menjual NASI LEMAK! Benarlah kata Dato' Dr Rusly Abdullah, ramai hartawan di malaysia sekarang ni.
