"WOW!" vs "OW!"

What would it takes to create a loyal customer base filled with people who sticks with us through problematic times, refer us to other people on constant basis, generated lots of leads that will reap us a lots of profit?

The answer lies in our level of customer services.

Today, customer service is considered a part of marketing. It's not just about problem solving anymore, this process helps us to position our business.

In business world nowadays, it's not just enough to solve client problem & complaints promptly, it's our job to have a strategy to build-in extra benefits that are way beyond our customers expectation.

This extra thingy need to be embedded & planned in our day to day commerce as our competitors were also targeting the same client we want.

This things is what we call the *"Wow!"

*These are the actions our business do for customer and as results, our customer would actually say WOW!

Try to do the opposites, you will come to a time when your customer said "Ow!".

The MOST interesting fact here is our businesses (well, most of us..) not only do NOTHING to elicit the "Wow!" responses, but we actually likes to take action that TICK-OFF customers.

Our usual RESULTS:
Lots of lost of sales, customers dissapearance, lacks of referrals, bad gossips or a worst case, a COMBINATION of all these.

Hahahaha.. Serves me right!

love the new entry.

The WOW factor indeed a very crucial and yet fundamental in any business.

In my opinion, yes, customer service is indeed important and yet we need to find ways to retain, improvise, & have proper system.

Sometimes, customers can be very difficult. Dealing with this kind of customers demands more than patience. We need a strategy & PR as well.

I know i babbling here more than i shud. Just pray hard & work hard too. ;D
